Washington DC takes the pair to the White House, where they were invited
by the First Dog, Miss Liberty, for Doggie Appreciation Day. So Austin and
Charlie have help on their quest! Miss Liberty and her Secret Service dogs
join in the search, which takes them all over Washington.
